A medical doctor by training, Alina has been part of the Ponderas team ever since 2010, when the hospital was founded, being one of its founders. Alina worked as Medical Director, and then took over as Executive Director.
At present, Alina is in charge of the business activity at Ponderas Academic Hospital, her role being key to the development of a top-performing hospital in the field of surgery and a point of reference for private medical services.
